HISTORY
Founded in Quebec, Canada in 1942, JC Ricard is a wholesale company specialized in gifts and Canadian souvenirs. We hold the largest online selection of souvenirs and gifts on the web. Come in and view our vast selection of boats, lighthouses, and other nautical items. We are the ones who created the now famous carnival horn, great for festivals and sporting events.
WARRANTY, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
RIC'ART Holdings offers a satisfaction guarantee for all products sold on its web site. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. For hygienic purposes, no refund will be accepted for products that have a direct contact with the mouth (eg.: horns). Also, all packagings should be as new, unless the item defective, in which case, we will refund or replace at our choice.
Prior sending back the merchandise, fisrt please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. You can obtain this number by calling us at 800-524-9013 or by e-mailing us at info@jcricard.com. Please mention your order number for easy identification.
