We are known for our service, product selection and our competitive prices. We served the Quebec Winter Carnival, The Festival d'ete de Quebec, Just for Laughts Festival, etc. We also did several special projects with Parcs Canada, National Historic Sites, Montreal Biodome, Montreal Botanical Garden, Olympic Stadium, Parc de la Chute Montmorency, etc.

Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have minimum orders for our Virtual store. However for the Wholesale site, the minimum order is $250.00. All orders below the minimum will be invoiced at retail price.
What are your shipping standards?
We operate according to the following philosophy: Every order should be shipped within 48 hours. It is possible that this philosophy gets overruled in some peak periods. In this case, we do our best to ship at our earliest convenience. We ship all our orders by courier. The average delay for our Canadian customers is 3 to 5 opening days. For the orders shipped to the United States, plan 4 to 8 opening days and up to 8 weeks for International destinations. We also offer a rush service.
Do you have a guarantee for the products you sell?
All merchandise distributed by J. C. Ricard Inc. is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any defective merchandise has to be returned in its original packaging and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please contact our customer service for more information.
What are your sales terms?
Any order has to be paid before being prepared and shipped (unless you already have an account open in good standing). We accept the following payments: Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex), advance cheques, money orders and wire transfers. We also offer net 30 days terms for the customers that have an account open in good standing. To open a new account, please click here. Our credit department reserves the right to accept or deny any account application form.
All sales are final. No returns or exchange unless a written authorisation from the management.

Will you add sales tax to my order?
Canadian residents and companies will have 5% GST (Quebec residents add another 7.5%) added to their order. All merchendise shipped to the USA or overseas are shipped tax free. However, some products may be subject to import taxes (to be collected by your local authorities upon reception). As each coutry has different rules, we suggest you to contact your loval authorities for more informations.
